When will I receive my order?

All orders are usually despatched within 3 to 7 working days from placing your order. Most parcels arrive sooner, but delivery times can vary depending on location, order volume and external factors such as seasonal demand or courier delays.


How is my order shipped?

At Chasing Friday, we understand the importance of a smooth and reliable delivery experience. That’s why we partner with trusted carriers like Royal Mail and ParcelForce to ensure your order arrives promptly and securely.


Real-Time Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

If you experience any delivery issues, our friendly support team is on hand to help. We’re committed to making your shopping experience effortless from start to finish.


Do I need to be home to receive my order?

We recommend being available for delivery, but we know that’s not always possible. If you’re unavailable, your parcel may be:

  • Re-delivered at another time
  • Redirected to a local Post Office or depot (ID and tracking number required)

You can also provide an alternative delivery address at checkout where someone will be available to accept the order.


Can I return my order for a refund?

We accept returns on damaged or faulty items within 14 days of receipt.

For non-damaged items, you must request a Return Authorisation Code (RAC) within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item(s) must be returned within 5 working days.

Please note:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Partial refunds or refusals may apply for items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable, and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.


Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed and an acknowledgment has been sent, cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet, we may be able to assist, but a restocking fee may apply depending on timing.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.


How much is the delivery charge?    

Delivery is £3.95 (excluding VAT) for orders under £100. Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK.
